Troy’s Potent Day Game Opener and actual Field-Test
God I love my Iphone. It used to be just sick, but now, its EPIC sick.
Now I'm able to use it to record some conversations with women. If you own one, all you have to do is download either the "tape me" or "recorder" application and you're set. If you get some audio email me so we can post some cool conversations on my site. This latest day game one has some good stuff in it for opening. I'd write the rest of it but my fingers might break off. Its kinda long.
Anyhow, due to the sedentary lifestyle I've been leading, I decided to get off my ass and practice some day game, which is hardly do because I mostly do bars and clubs as well as social circle game.
Earlier, I created a pretty sick day game opener that works as a preamble AND a personal statement when doing day game on bookstores.
It actually goes like...
ME "You know what I found out about myself after reading that book?"
The advantage for doing that is you're creating a pre-amble, which takes all of her attention...you are also creating dramatic suspense as she curiously wants to figure the answer, AND you've made it personal, so you don't have to do any "white noise" such as platonic or fluff talk.
Its also cool to check and assess the situation beforehand for a quick second...such as what section of the bookstore is she into? (cookbook section/self improvement/dating/fiction)..THIS TIME it was the cooking section.
Now, based on different situations you can even come up with some real good punch lines if you want to take the flirty/funny route. Just imagine what you'd say after if you saw her reading "Twilight." I can imagine it going...
ME "You know what I found out about myself after reading that book?"
Her: "What?"
ME: "Never... Bust on Chicks ...who love Vampire porno flicks..."
Try it out and get back with me with the results in the field.
So, without further ado, the actual FIELD TEST:
It went perfectly...
ME "You know what I found out about myself after reading that book?"
She looks up at me, with those nice blue eyes of hers and smiles; I see a glow in her face as I set the preamble…
HER “What?”
ME “That I can actually become a home buddy…I'm usually the most out of the house guy but recently...I just enjoy being at home and enjoying some hazelnut coffee watching House reruns”
Take note this is a technique called the Double Relate: A very powerful technique that I learned while teaching with Wayne Elise in Chicago that I use pretty much every time in conversation. I learned to use two contradicting things and loaded them into one statement, so that whatever her side is she's trapped to relating to either one. This worked pretty well two because I really look like a super outgoing guy, and by Texas standards I may appear metro-sexual versus in LA where every other cool guy dresses in Cavalli Jeans, Mark Nason Boots and cool leather wrist bands. It was a pretty good disqualifier.
(Laughs)…”Well, I think its okay to stay home”
“It is, I mean there’s like 101 reasons for me to go out…must be the new couch”
(Laughs)
HER "So what do you do?"
I then do some credibility talk...
ME "I own my own business actually... I teach entrepreneurs how to make their ideas work better...Oh, and Apple loves me."
HER "Very cool...You work for Apple?"
ME "No, my Iphone seems to be my hand-replacement nowadays" (laughs)
"Sometimes though I just wish i was a rock star"
HER "Yeah, definitely...I'm into garments and fashion design...."
The whole interaction flows very smoothly. I do some good rewarding "I like that you're independent..."
I also end up throwing another of my "Marble Theory" at her (my reliable girlfriend stealing technique) and she takes the bait. She wants to have some coffee soon.
Easy...easy.
