On this video, our TDD crew in Singapore led by Asia Instructor Xavier “Hide” films a classic scenario we do on every Masterclass or Private Instruction Weekend there.

Now, having skills to converse in the day time and escalate it at incredible speeds is GREAT. In this scenario, Xavier utilizes and dishes out nearly every TDD Conversational skill set in a huge Borders Bookstore in Singapore. Also, in light of that, I’m going to answer common program questions we get from Singapore and Asia.

What is the Difference Between Masterclass and Private Instruction ?

Let’s go with Similarities first: Both programs are Weekend Programs. They usually start at 2:30 or 3pm on Friday and End on Sunday 3pm. They are both comprehensive, and you will get customized teaching of how the vast array of TDD Concepts apply to you. You will also get infield teaching on both days and a full debrief and lifestyle advice section on Sunday after all the weekend’s events.

The Difference with the 2 is that, The Masterclass has a higher student to teacher ratio. Around 4:1 or 3:1. Some students enjoy this because they can relate to the other students and a high level of camaraderie is born from the event since we do it every 2 months. We have built a number of crews of TDD students in Asia by doing our Masterclass events.

Imagine going to war with your own battalion: you go to battle, succeed a little, lick your wounds, succeed yet again, and rejoice at the end with all the memories of such an emotional rollercoaster of a camp. Again, highly recommended and we have tons of guys who have succeeded from it.

Private Instruction has a student/teacher ratio of 1:1. You get Xavier for a whole weekend to yourself. The advantage to that is it might be more customized and whether you’re a beginner or an intermediate, Xavier, like the other instructors can tailor fit the skill sets heavily.
