TDD is more than a dating service. It is three things combined and we are able to fulfill all three due to our sustained growth and focus on our current clients, not exchanging quality for quantity.

Because of that we’ve grown to become a system that is universally accepted for its principles, science, and the character of our constituents. More than an organization, we are a world wide brotherhood committing to improving our lifestyle and helping men who have genuine intentions of becoming their best selves achieve that vision.
It is because of this that we have chosen to recognize such men of exemplary skill, intelligence, and character. These men are truly the backbone of Troy Dizon Dating and the organization would not be where it is now without them.
The TDD Organizational Structure
Falcon
Falcon is the highest rank you can ever achieve in TDD. Some Falcons have the color of Instructor on the forums because they all teach actively. At this point you are inducted to a rank of extremely high responsibility by Troy and receive an induction ceremony as well. The tenets of being a Falcon are:
1) Responsibility to yourself
2) The Team,
3) The Students
4) Your Territory, and
5) The Propagation of the Culture.
There is no need to get into the perks of being a Falcon but philosophically the “Falcon’s Flight” means FREEDOM. FREEDOM from meaningless social boundaries that slow you down; FREEDOM from forces other than yourself controlling your life, and FREEDOM to roam the land and propagate our wonderful culture. It feels good to be free and that’s what we do it for. We live to share the freedom to others who want to attain massive success in life. The dating aspect is only one dimension of it.
Falcons are long-time proven TDD members who have signed up and have apprenticed on multiple TDD Programs and have amassed an insane experience level to boot. The rank is also slightly above Captain in the sense that they control their own territories. To keep holding the membership as a Falcon means that you will need to learn how TDD works as a business as well.
Falcons can be active or not, however “Active” Falcons gain seniority and the non active Falcons are Emeritus Members on the forum (See below). Also, a Falcon can be de-falconed, which means the title is a representation of immense loyalty and breaking that would mean complete expulsion from TDD.
The Falcons are some of the closest friends and compadres within the TDD core. The Falcons meet as a tradition on the Annual TDD Lifestyle Retreat.

Captain
Captain is a highly sought after rank which is below Falcon. It is a highly respected rank because being a Captain means you are a TDD Triple Threat: A member of the team who has attained a higher level of proficiency in his 1) Mindsets, 2) Skillsets, and 3) Lifestyle. In the forums Captains have the color of the Social Elite.
Captains are highly skilled, have worked their tail off to under the mentorship of the teaching crew, and are technically “apprentice instructors.” They are solid wing men to have in the field and can get the job done, 100%.
There are no time periods to gain Captain, but most candidates who pursue the rank get it within one year minimum of their first TDD program. Also, Captains are “active” TDD members meaning they currently teach and are proponents to growing the TDD culture wherever they are geographically, as opposed to Emeritus Members who may or may not be active.
To add to that, their documented stuff as well as their assistance in teaching for TDD as “apprentice instructors” have honed their great articulation and teaching skills and are eligible for promotion to instruct if they wish to attain it. Captains are always involved in TDD Projects throughout the year.
Perks of being a Captain: Being on the inside mantle of TDD. Getting shared mentoring from all the top brass of TDD, and overall life development like a wet dream 
. Here’s the major one: Captains can participate on any Live TDD Program for free to further their learning and teaching experience. That list includes the TDD 3 Week Lifestyle Retreat.
Historically, since we started with one captain, Raphael, he is ranked “Captain of Captains” after the induction of Dan. Captain Candidates will have a formal training program.

TDD Member Emeritus
Most likely a Social Elite in color, this is a highly honorable rank that is reserved for our most loyal friends and allies who have stuck with us over the years. These are guys who are either “old school” TDD guys, or are plain legends. The rank can also be given former Instructors who are not “active.” These honored members played a major role in the forming of TDD and will forever be noted in its history books.
A TDD Emeritus Member can, at any time during tenure, if he wishes, get back into instructing (if he was a former instructor) or working with TDD.
TDD Upstart
By definition an upstart means, “A person of humble origin who attains sudden wealth, power, or importance, especially one made immodest or presumptuous by the change”
Someone too look out for in the forums due to his proactive choice to succeed, dedication and the fact that the guy is on fire. Future Captain Candidate for sure.
TDD Junior Division
AKA The Young Gunz, Little Rascals, or the Cadets, these are guys who are making such a great choice of learning and mastering the art and science that is TDD at an early age (15-17). They have realized the importance of having an accelerated social intelligence for the future and most have saved up for a TDD program.
